Dr. Rick Branchflower earned a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences and became board certified in Toxicology. He is the co-author of numerous publications including the best paper of the year in Drug Metabolism and Disposition. He served as a Staff Fellow at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland and established  the Toxicology programs at Tacoma General Hospital in Tacoma, Washington and Queen’s Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. He founded Comprehensive Toxicology Services and grew it to a network of 13 laboratories from Manila to Baltimore.

He founded Comprehensive Toxicology Services and grew it to a network of 13 laboratories from Manila to Baltimore.

Rick is cofounder of Synergy, Inc, a 508c1a non profit dedicated to providing equine therapy to veterans overcoming trauma. He is also cofounder of Global CTC, Inc, and a board member of Community Transformation Centre, Kenya. Both of these organizations are dedicated to improving the economic sustainability and self determination of communities in the United States and Africa.

Rick’s professional and personal focus for decades is upon helping generous people clarify their aspirational visions and maximize their contributions to others. He believes that as we are able to connect with other like-minded people, we can then discover and implement actionable plans to amplify our collective impacts.

Rick has extensive experience in business formation and optimization, real estate investment and development, financial planning, and in building networks of trust among diverse communities. Rick has been a champion of communities and people for decades, and is blessed with a wife of 41 years, two grown sons, their wives and three grandchildren.
